Earn Rewards for Recommending Highland Cinema to Your Guests

If you’re an accommodation provider in Lochaber, you’ll know the question well: “What should we do if it starts raining?” Highland Cinema, one of Fort William’s few dedicated rainy-day destinations wants to make it easier for you to answer that question, and reward you and your team for doing so.

The Highland Cinema Partner Rewards Programme is a free scheme open to any local business — hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, holiday lets, attractions, tour operators and more. Every time one of your branded cinema flyers is redeemed by a paying guest, your business earns credit. That credit can be spent on cinema tickets, food and drinks at Highland Cinema — for you, or as a treat for your team.

How It Works

  1. Register for free Email [email protected] with your business name, postcode, contact name and business mobile number. Highland Cinema will get your account set up.
  2. Request your flyers You’ll receive a supply of DL-sized Highland Cinema flyers to hand to guests. You can request more at any time by emailing the same address.
  3. Stamp your name Write or stamp your business name on the back of each flyer before handing them out, so Highland Cinema can track redemptions back to your account.
  4. Guests get a discount Each flyer gives your guest either 10% off a General Release cinema ticket or 10% off food in the Highland Cinema restaurant when presented at the Box Office.
  5. You earn credit For every flyer redeemed by a paying guest, your account is credited with 50p. For group bookings, you can earn up to £2 per flyer (one flyer per four guests).

Please note: flyers cannot be used by existing Highland Cinema Local Resident members and cannot be combined with any other reward offers.

Tracking and Spending Your Credit

The programme runs on the WorldPay / Yabie platform. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to check your accumulated credit at any time using a digital card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Credits are collated and added to your account every few weeks. Here’s how you can spend them:

  • Restaurant & bar  Redeem credit at any level, any time, by presenting your digital card at Highland Cinema.
  • Cinema tickets & snacks Once you’ve built up a minimum of £10, your credit is exchanged for a cinema gift card (in £5 increments: £10, £15, £20, £25, etc.). Any remaining credit stays in your account.

Get off to a flying start, snap a quick photo of the flyers displayed at your reception desk or in a guest room and tag Highland Cinema on social media, or add Highland Cinema to your website as a recommended local destination, and Highland Cinema will jump-start your account with an extra £5 credit.
