I’m very proud to lead the Chamber at a time of growth and opportunity for businesses across our region. From Ullapool and Skye to Oban and Lochaber, the West Highlands is home to a wide range of innovative, resilient and hardworking businesses — and it’s a privilege to support them.

Our role is simple: to connect you, represent you, and help you grow. Whether you’re just starting out or well established, we’re here to make sure your voice is heard and that you’re part of a strong, supportive business community.

Since spring 2024, we’ve expanded our services across the wider West Highlands. It’s an exciting step, and we’re already seeing the value of bringing more businesses together, sharing experiences, and tackling shared challenges.

We’re proud to be part of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce network, which gives our members access to national influence and international opportunities.

Tourism remains a vital part of our economy, and we continue to promote the region’s fantastic visitor experiences through our Visit West Highlands digital platform — helping to attract visitors, support local jobs, and encourage sustainable growth.

Throughout the year, we host events that matter to our members — from training and networking to our annual Charles Kennedy Lecture and Gala Dinner, which bring the wider community together to celebrate local success.
